Dedham responded with a goal to even the game at one, but Annie Parizeau fought right back with a goal off transition to reclaim the lead for the Raiders at 2-1 with 16:10 to play in the half. Dedham evened the game back at three with a goal on a free position, followed up by the lightning delay with 7:23 to play.
After the pause in action, DS responded with a pair from Parizeau and Mastrobuono to claim a 5-3 lead. Dedham cut the deficit to 5-4 but a 3-0 to finish the half by DS with goals coming from Parizeau (two) and Mastrobuono as the Raiders took an 8-4 lead into half.
Following a shortened halftime break, DS continued to pour it on with three straight goals coming from Novitch (two) and Parizeau to extend their lead to seven at 11-4. Dedham scored two straight to make it an 11-6 game, but DS would put the nail in the coffin with a 7-2 run to close out the game and emerge with the 18-8 victory.
