The Wellesley Garden Club, the oldest garden club in Wellesley invites members of the community to attend Mini Art in Bloom on Sunday, May 1 from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. at the Wellesley Community Center, Henderson Hall.
Wellesley Garden Club members are pleased and honored to join with members of the Wellesley Society of Artists once again to present this much-anticipated annual program.
Members of the community are most welcome and encouraged to attend and enjoy the beauty of this very special event. There is no fee to attend and refreshments will be served.
There will be many works by local artists on display. A number of these works will be enhanced by artistic floral designs created by members of the Wellesley Garden Club. Each design will be creative and unique establishing a beautiful blending of art and flowers.
The Wellesley Garden Club was founded in 1929 to advance the art of gardening and the science of horticulture. Its members participate in a number of area horticultural events including the Museum of Fine Arts “Art in Bloom.”
