On Tuesday, December 27 at 1:00 p.m., members of Methuen Ballet Ensemble will perform excerpts of “The Nutcracker.” This is the Fourth annual performance at the Wellesley Council on Aging. Ballerinas will guide the audience through the Land of Sweets in Tchaikovsky’s second act of the holiday classic. This is a free performance, and all are welcome. Light refreshments will be provided. Pre-registration is required by calling the Council on Aging at (781-235-3961).
The attached photographs were taken during a performance at the Firehouse Center for the Arts in Newburyport. The group entertained 3 sold out performances and the group is looking forward to the performance in Wellesley.
