Walpole High Student Council holding recycling fundraiser

The Walpole High School Student Council's annual electronic recycling fundraiser will be held on Saturday, April 16 from 9 a.m.- 2 p.m. in the Walpole High School parking lot.

The Student Council will be collecting virtually all electronic devices and household appliances. They will be collecting small devices such as cell phones, iPods and accessories, computer mouses, remotes, and chargers in a shoebox for only $5.

Other small electronics such as keyboards, DVD players and VCRs will be collected for $5 each.

Electronics such as computers, computer monitors, laptops, printers, copiers, fax machines, and microwaves will be recycled for $10. Larger items such as TVs, flat screens, washers, dryers, dehumidifiers, refrigerators, and freezers will be collected for $20.

If necessary, the Student Council can pick up electronics at any home in Walpole.
