The Medfield High boys varsity baseball team took on both Wellesley and Millis over the spring vacation week with mixed results.
The Warriors hosted Wellesley at Schilling Field on Thursday, April 21.
Jarret Lee put Medfield on the scoreboard with their first run at the bottom of the 3rd inning, but Medfield couldn’t keep up with the Wellesley Raiders who went on to win 9-2.
Medfield followed up with a 4-3 win over Millis on Saturday.
The team opened the season with a 5-2win against Norton on April 8, and followed up with a win against Hopkinton on April 11 7-3.
The team struggled against Dover-Sherborn, and fell 13-1. The team bounced back and faced Medway and picked up a 2-1 win on April 15.
The team faced off against Holliston on April 27, and will take on Westwood on April 29.
