The Dover-Sherborn Raiders took on the Medfield Warriors on October 22 to play for the Tri-Valley League Small Title. Both teams fought hard the entire game, but Dover-Sherborn took home the title in the 1-0 match. The Medfield and Dover-Sherborn rivalry stands strong, and both teams came to fight.

The game kicked off with both teams putting pressure on, fighting to keep the ball in their possession. DS Junior Caio Dos Santos was always on top of the play and stealing away passes from Medfield. Medfield returned these plays, especially Junior Henry Keysor, who was constantly involving himself in plays and stealing the ball from the opposing offense. Junior Wesley Bunn, of Dover-Sherborn, utilized his speed to bring the ball into the Medfield zone and rack up shots on goal. Dover-Sherborn Junior Hamilton Tsen was able to score with just over two minutes left on the clock in the first half.

The second half was truly a game of goalkeeping, with both teams racking up double-digit saves. Medfield sent Freshman Elliot Leong and Junior Patrick Driscoll represented Dover-Sherborn. Both had huge diving saves to keep their teams alive. Medfield Freshman Jackson Dodge put up multiple shots on goal, but could not make it through the DS defense. Dover-Sherborn Junior William Sarhaddi put pressure on Medfield's defense, putting up shots on goal. Medfield Junior Ethan Drummond put defensive pressure on the Dover-Sherborn offense, getting involved in every play near him. Medfield players drew green and yellow cards towards the end of the half, giving Dover-Sherborn more scoring opportunities.

Dover-Sherborn took the win with one goal and brought home the Tri-Valley small title. Both teams are wrapping up their seasons and looking forward to playoff announcements.
