The Expresso Yourself Coffeehouse is back at 7 p.m. on Saturday, November 26, at the First Parish Unitarian Universalist Church, 26 North Street, Medfield. This month’s Coffeehouse will feature Jackson Gillman.
Held on the last Saturday of every month, the Expresso is an opportunity for spoken word artists to share their poetry, stories, and songs. Teens and adults are welcomed to participate or just enjoy the evening. Refreshments are served. Come and join in the fun, either to enjoy as an audience member or to participate. Open mic readers have five minutes to share.
Stand-Up Chameleon Jackson Gillman has been delighting audiences for over 35 years with his energy, wit and whimsy. With performance roots in cabaret and new vaudeville, he has also made a name for himself in the storytelling world and has featured at the National Storytelling Festival four times.
