December Vacation All Sports Clinic featuring Dodgeball, Knockout and Hit Trax Home Run Derby - Ages 7-12
Perfect for athletes looking for something fun and competitive to do during the winter break. This clinic is run for Sherborn Rec at Metro West Sportscenter (270 Eliot Street, Ashland).
Tuesday, December 27–Thursday, December 29 - 12:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
December Vacation Baseball Clinic with Hit Trax - Ages 7-12
Designed to get players ready for the upcoming spring baseball season. Players will work on fielding, hitting, pitching, throwing and base running/strategy throughout the week. They will also utilize MWS’s Hit Trax baseball/softball simulator and analysis machine which tracks stats such has Exit Velocity, Hard Hit percentage and much more. This clinic is run for Sherborn Rec at Metro West Sportscenter (270 Eliot Street, Ashland).

Baseball Academy at Metro West Sportscenter - Ages 7-9
Designed to get players ready for the upcoming spring baseball season. Players will work on fielding, hitting, pitching, throwing and base running/strategy. Half Day All Sports Clinic featuring Dodgeball, Knockout, and Hit Trax Home Run Derby - Ages 7-12 (Pizza Included)
Perfect for parents who are looking for an after school activity for the Dover-Sherborn young athletes on those early release days. The program entails kids playing organized games of Dodgeball, Knockout, Home Run Derby Whiffle Ball, etc. This clinic is run for Sherborn Rec at Metro West Sportscenter (270 Eliot Street, Ashland).
1/2 Day Wednesdays - Jan. 11, 25, Feb. 8, 15, March 8, 15 - 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
