Sherborn BOH offers flu clinics

The Sherborn Board of Health has announced dates for two upcoming flu clinics. Those interested should call the Board of Health office at (508-651-7852) or email health@sherbornma.org, as the clinics are appointment only.

Individuals must complete the required screening checklist and insurance form at home so that all appointments can run on time for everyone.

The first of the two clinics will take place on Friday, October 9, from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., at Sherborn Town Hall. It will only serve adults.

People with appointments should arrive on time, wearing short sleeves, with copies of their insurance cards and the correct forms, and wait in the parking lot until called, and will then be escorted into the building. People will enter the front door and exit through the side door. Mask-wearing is required.

Anyone in need of help with printing or form completion may contact the Sherborn Council on Aging at (508-651-7858) or coadirector@sherbornma.org.

The second flu clinic will take place on Saturday, October 17, from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the DPW Garage at 6 Butler Street. In order to ensure that everything runs smoothly, traffic will be conducted through a one-way flow. Those with appointments should enter Butler Street from Eliot Street and turn right into the garage complex. To exit, people should turn right onto Butler Street and then onto North Main Street. Those with appointments must have the required forms completed and copies of their insurance cards ready. Kids and adults must wear short sleeves and a mask.

More information about both clinics and the necessary forms can be found here.
