As the District 6 Legion baseball season reaches its midway-point, Medfield currently finds itself in fourth place at the time of printing, chasing Walpole, Franklin and rivals Needham for the top spot in the West Division standings. Their record includes two victories against third-place Needham.
With upcoming games against Needham and Westwood, the team seems poised to make up ground and push for a spot at the top of the standings.
The Medfield nine will be playing at home on June 30 at 5:45 against Needham before a brief road trip that will end with a July 6 homecoming against Foxboro, also at 5:45.
