On Thursday October 18, the Woman's Club of Westwood will be meeting at the COA on Nahatan Street at 1:30 p.m. This will be the club’s first meeting of the New Year.
The program is entitled: “Hail to Hale” Reservation of Westwood. Hale Reservation is celebrating 100 years in the community this year. Speakers will be Executive Director Eric Arnold and Communications Director Paula McLaughlin from Hale. They will discuss the centennial of the Hale Reservation, and many other interested topics. They will be happy to answer any questions.
The Woman's Club of Westwood is open to anyone who may be interested in the arts, culture, and civics. Regular meeting are held at the Senior Center on the third Thursday of the months of October through the first Thursday of June from 1:30 - 3:45 p.m., unless otherwise noted.
