The Westwood Woman's Club (TWWC) featured the Westwood Media Center (WMC) at its first meeting with Melinda Garfield, Executive Director and Maggie McGinnis, Production Coordinator, in attendance as guest speakers.
The TV team shared their background, experience and mission at the newly-named Westwood cable station. They also announced recent projects they have launched, such as the summer technology camp and technology courses through the Recreation Center.
Garfield and McGinnis also pitched their exciting new Westwood Living History community initiative. Their special surprise was a sneak peak of a clip from their first volunteer subject in the series, Carol Abel.
