Allie McCabe, Taylor Regan, Eva Rice, and Maddy Hack, Westwood gymnasts from Paradise Gymnastics in Walpole, have been recognized in the USA Gymnastics States and Regional competitions.

Allie McCabe competed in the Xcel Platinum division in the Massachusetts State Competition, where she placed first on balance beam, floor exercise and all-around. She qualified to represent the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the Xcel Platinum Regional competition on the Massachusetts Platinum State Team. McCabe not only earned first all-around at the Regional competition, but she got the highest Platinum score out of all competitors in New England and New York.

Taylor Regan, Maddy Hack and Eva Rice competed in Xcel Gold division in the Massachusetts State Competition with hundreds of other gymnasts. Regan earned first place all-around and first on vault and uneven bars. Rice won first place all-around, first on balance beam and second on uneven bars in her age group. Maddy Hack placed fourth on floor exercise and fifth on uneven bars.

The girls competed against approximately one thousand gymnasts in MA and only the top (less than 3 percent) qualified to complete in Regionals. Regan's and Rice's scores at States qualified them to compete in the Xcel Gold Regional All Stars competition. Regan won first place on the uneven bars and balance beam, and second place all-around. Paradise gymnasts made up 1 of 7 members for the Xcel Gold State Regional Team and 7 Paradise gymnasts participated in the Gold Regionals All Stars meet.

Along with all of their individual accomplishments at Regionals, both MA Teams, Xcel Platinum and Xcel Gold, won the competition.
