The Road Runner Russells will kick off their annual fundraising drive to support the Jimmy Fund and the Dana Farber Cancer Institute with their yearly yard sale. The sale will take place on Saturday, May 13, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., on 159 Pine Lane in Westwood. All proceeds from the event will be given to the Jimmy Fund.
The Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund Walk raised over $8.7 million in 2016. The Road Runner Russells raised over $31k last year, their best yet.
Donations can be dropped off on Friday, May 12, or pickup can be arranged via potatochip@verizon.net. There will be limited delivery of items purchased on Saturday.
