Casino Night coming to Wellesley

The Wellesley Council on Aging and The Friends of Wellesley Council on Aging are holding their 6th annual signature event, “Casino Night,” on May 19 from 7-9:30 p.m. at Tishman Commons at Wellesley College. Tickets will be $15.

Attendees will receive $5,000 in “play” money to cash in for chips at any of the casino tables (Craps, Texas Hold’Em Poker, Blackjack and Roulette) or to use at slot machines. The table games will be staffed with professional dealers, who will provide instruction.

Prizes will be awarded to guests by random drawing throughout the event. Casino games are for entertainment purposes only - no prizes of any cash value will be awarded. Prizes including Fitbits, a scratch ticket tree, and gift certificates will be awarded to randomly-drawn guests throughout the evening.

During the event, attendees will be treated to “mocktails,” hors d’ouevres, and desserts.

To register for the event, call the COA at (781-235-3961).
