Families of all ages are invited to the first ever Bird Park Easter Egg Hunt to celebrate the holiday on March 26, hosted by Bird Park and Boy Scout Troop 44.

The Easter egg hunt will give everyone a chance to enjoy some chocolate and candy, while those that find the special Golden Eggs will win an even better prize. There will also be a special “under 4” area for children who want to find eggs but do not want to compete with the big kids.

For children without an Easter basket, a craft table will be set up to let kids make their own Easter baskets.

After the hunt is over, other activities will be offered including a bunny hop contest.

Registration for the hunt will begin at 10 a.m. The hunt will kick off at 10:30 a.m., with activities continuing until 12 p.m.

The hunt and activities will take place on Vista Field, in front of the playground area. Those who plan to attend are asked to park in the Polley Lane parking area.

No RSVP is required, but Bird Park does ask those interested in attending to email Kelsey at kcowdell@thetrustees.org to ensure that there are plenty of candy, eggs, and craft supplies available.

Price is $5 per child for non-members of the Trustees and $3 per child for Trustees members with a price cap of $20 for non-member families and $12 for member families.
