The Westwood Athletic Department is currently conducting registration for fall sports.
Please register before July 31 to assure a spot in tryouts. Each student athlete must complete the following requirements in order to be eligible to try out for school sports:
Registration must be completed. Go to the Westwood High School athletics site (link below) and click on the "Register Now" button at the bottom of the page. westwood.k12.ma.us/westwood-high-school/athletics/
Provide a valid physical to the school nurse. Physicals are valid for 13 months from the date of the physical. Athletic fee payment is due after the formation of teams but before first contest.
Westwood Public Schools offers a number of sports. The High School level, with a $250 athletic fee offers football, cheer, soccer (boys & girls), field hockey (girls), volleyball (girls), Cross Country (boys & girls), and Golf (co-ed)
For middle school programs, the athletic fee is $125 for all sports except football, which has a $200 fee. Middle school sports offers boys and girls sixth to eighth-grade cross country, eighth grade field hockey, eighth grade volleyball, and eighth grade football.
