Maureen E. McQuillen,
Age 85, of Norfolk, formerly of Medfield, on July 2, 2026; beloved wife of the late Jeremiah J. McQuillen. Loving mother of Michael P. McQuillen (Trish) of McLean, VA, Karen L. McQuillen (Becky Poulin) of Reading, and Kathleen M. Smahi (Hassan) of North Attleboro; grandmother of Matthew McQuillen (Kate) of Arlington, VA, David McQuillen (Kendall) of Richmond, VA, John McQuillen (fiancée Gianna Bender) of Boston, Claire McQuillen of Washington, DC, Eilzabeth Smahi of Somerville, and Zachary Smahi, of North Attleboro; sister of Mary Ann Corcoran (Stephen) of Norfolk and Millicent L. Hovanec (George) of Boothwyn, PA; and aunt of many nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass celebrating Maureen’s life was held Tuesday, July 14 at 10 am at St. Edward the Confessor Church, 133 Spring St., Medfield, MA. Visitation was on Monday, July 13 from 4 to 7 pm at Roberts Mitchell Caruso Funeral Home, 15 Miller St., Medfield, MA. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Maureen’s memory may be made to the American Lung Association www.lung.org.
