As voting continues and citizens take the time to participate in early voting and drop off their ballots, Needham residents are urged to take advantage of the red ballot box.
Mailed ballots may be dropped off in person to the big red dropbox or mailed back to the town clerk. Those who decide to use the big red dropbox this weekend should keep in mind that the dropbox will be locked at 5 p.m. on Friday, October 30, and Saturday, October 31. The box will be unlocked and ready for ballot drop-off again at 8:30 a.m. on the 31st and 1st.
Ballots must be sealed inside the signed brown envelope, then placed in the accompanying white envelope. Otherwise, the ballot will be rejected. Residents who have already voted in person, dropped off or mailed their ballot can check its status here.
