This coming Sunday, June 13, the Soles of Medfield Running Club will host their 2nd annual Soles 10K road race in Medfield. The race, which starts at 10 a.m., will take runners through 6.2 miles of scenic Medfield. There is prize money ($100) and a pair of New Balance running shoes for the male and female overall race winners, as well as gift certificates to local establishments for age group winners. All proceeds from the race will go to Medfield Park & Rec's Scholarship Fund. Register at solesofmedfield.com (registration closes on Saturday, June 12). A virtual option is also available for those who cannot run on the 13th.
The Soles of Medfield draw their members from Medfield and surrounding towns. The club offers group runs every day of the week and welcomes runners of all abilities and levels of interest.
