Pack 200 visits Public Safety Building

Medfield Cub Scout Pack 200 visited the Public Safety Building on Sunday, February 13, hosted by Firefighter/Paramedic Matt Reinemann and Firefighter/Paramedic Jon Kenney. The scouts learned about first aid and what to do in various emergency situations. A favorite of the Webelo den was bandaging each other for simple cuts, bruises, and broken bones. The Tigers and Bears really enjoyed climbing in the fire trucks and learning about the two ambulances and the automatic stretcher. Everyone enjoyed trying on the firefighting equipment, including a few adults. The Scouts relayed a huge thank-you to Reinemann and Kenney for sharing their knowledge and time.

Cub scouting is for children in Kindergarten through fifth grade. Pack 200 meets once a month, and also does additional activities including camp-outs and field trips.
