The defending state champion, Medfield girls basketball team and head coach Mark Nickerson hosted its annual Alumnae Game at the high school before the holidays. The “old timers” pulled off the upset with a fourth-quarter comeback after being down 20 points early in the game.
The retuning alumni included Kate Olenik (Colby) , Hannah Sampson (Fairfield), Tess Patry (UMass), Camilla Silk (Babson), Maya Hilvert (Boston College), Annie Stanton (Boston College), Mary Palladino (Colgate) and Erin Seibel (UMass).
