The Scalabrine Classic, an epic 3v3 basketball tournament for all ages and skill levels, will take place on Sunday, March 31, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Roxbury Latin High School. Former Celtic and current NBC Boston Sports commentator Brian Scalabrine, commonly known as the “White Mamba,” will host the tournament for 200-plus youths and adults, all while celebrating NCAA March Madness.

Teams in the Greater Boston area, ages 9 to forty-plus, are eligible to register and compete in the day-long, festival-like environment that will include music, NCAA game viewing, and fun competition to close out the hoop season.

Male and female players of all skill levels are welcomed - town and middle/high school teams, corporations, ex-collegiate players, and those who just love the game.

All players will be automatically entered into a raffle to win a Celtics game experience on April 1 against the Miami Heat.

100 percent of all proceeds generated will benefit charity partner Shooting Touch, a local NGO helping over 1,500 at-risk youth and women gain health services and education through basketball in Boston and Rwanda.

Registration for all teams is open, and will close on March 1. To register and for further information, visit www.shootingtouch.com.
