The eighth annual Dover Music Festival took place earlier this month at the American Legion, attracting local families for an eight-hour concert featuring multiple bands.
Attendees lounged on lawn chairs in the Legion's backyard, soaking up the pleasant weather and enjoying a variety of musical acts.
Eddy’s Shoe delivered a high-energy rock performance, marking the beginning of their 30th-anniversary summer with electrifying instrumentals. Sunset Strip revisited the 1980s hair rock era, captivating the audience with nostalgic vibes and encouraging everyone to let loose.
The M-80s brought back the dance party atmosphere of the '80s, earning enthusiastic fans with vibrant vocals and colorful performances. Downtime offered a change of pace with folk and R&B tunes, providing a contrast to the day's rock and roll lineup. TBD the Band closed out the event with covers of popular songs.
The Dover Music Festival is a cherished annual tradition, showcasing local talent and providing a platform for emerging artists. Many of the featured bands hail from Massachusetts, further enhancing the community connection.
