New Life Furniture Bank of Massachusetts is seeking volunteers, particularly on Fridays, from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. New Life Furniture Banks collects furniture and household goods that can be given to people in need.
Weekday volunteers can help process and repair donations, help clients select furniture, aid in moving furniture within the donation center and to client vehicles, and help with administrative tasks. Saturday volunteers can help move furniture, work as part of the truck crew, or help out at the donation center. Those working in the donation center help accept, inspect, clean, and move donations within the donation center.
