Over the next few weeks, the Westwood Public Library will be hosting several “Talk with a Library Trustee” events at the library.
Each talk will take place on Saturday mornings from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Westwood Public Library gallery.
A different member of the Westwood Public Library Board of Library Trustees will be available at each meeting to speak with library patrons and answer their questions about the library and the services the library offers.
The next talk is scheduled for February 27 with library trustee Mary Beth Persons. On March 5, trustee Amy Rands will host a session, and on March 19, trustee Wendy Thornton will host the final session.
A drop-in session is planned for the Islington Branch Library in the evening, but a date has not yet been confirmed.
No appointment is necessary and local residents are encouraged to attend to enjoy a cup of coffee and a conversation with the people that help keep the library system running.
For more information about the “Talk with a Library Trustee” sessions, contact the Westwood Public Library.
