The Westwood Nursery School has been busy in the Month of May with a visit to the farm and from the Westwood Fire Department.
The students had a chance to visit Miss Sally’s Farm (the Charlescote Farm) located in Sherborn. This is a fourth-generation working farm in which the children had the chance to pet the animals, climb on a tractor, and collect and weigh some freshly laid eggs.
In addition, a few lucky students were recipients of a winning auction item and had the opportunity to ride and arrive to school on a fire truck.
Westwood Nursery School is a non-profit nursery school offering programs tailored to students ages 2 to 5. There are a few openings remaining for the 2018-2109 school year.
