Love was in the air as the Westwood Council on Aging hosted its annual Valentine’s Day lunch and party last Thursday at the Council on Aging building.
Many seniors wore red clothing to celebrate the occasion, as they enjoyed a meal complete with chocolate cake and candy. Seniors were also given Valentine’s Day cards written by Westwood students.
The event featured a performance by vocalist Tony Fenuchi, who once toured with famed vocal group The Platters. Fenuchi sang many popular love songs to mark the occasion.
