[ccfic caption-text format="plaintext"]

The Westwood High School Boosters will welcome back the New England Patriots for a fun night of Basketball in the WHS Gymnasium on Wednesday, May 11. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for the 7 p.m. game.

This exciting fundraising event will feature special-guest Patriots players taking on Westwood’s own High School players and other Westwood community members, on the Basketball Court.

The Boosters have brought this event to Westwood eight times and each year brings a different group of Patriots players.

Past years’ Celebrities have included: Kyle Arrington, Brandon Bolden, Shane Vereen, Kenbrell Thompkins and Darrelle Revis.

This event has been tremendously popular in previous years. It’s a great opportunity to see some much-admired Patriots players and tremendous athletes try their hands at something they don’t get to do very often - play basketball.

Fans of all ages are welcome to come and cheer on their favorite players. There will be opportunities for autographs at half time, raffles for signed football memorabilia and food and drinks available for purchase.

Tickets for this event were pre-sold by phone during the Boosters fundraising campaign in January and February. Tickets will also be sold at the door ($20 per adult/$10 per student) for anyone who missed the pre-sale. There is no charge for children under six years old.

The Boosters work to support extracurricular clubs and athletic teams at Westwood High School. Proceeds from this event will go to benefit our students.
