Summer will soon be gone, and Glad Rags Thrift Shop will open its doors on Tuesday, September 19, to commence its 41st year. Located at 30 Hartford Street in Westwood (right off route 109 in the center of town), the shop carries a full line of of new and used clothing For men, women and children, as well as a large assortment of "bric-a-brac,” including lamps, vases, books and toys.
Glad Rags is an all-volunteer, non-profit shop with all proceeds going to the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (MSPCC), an organization Dedicated to improving the lives of children and their families. The shop is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
