John Rogers of Troop 3 Westwood recently completed his Eagle Project. The project refurbished an old destroyed picnic site in Lowell Woods off of Sandy Valley Road. The team of volunteers worked over 85 hours to completely renovate the picnic site. All of the old debris was removed and new wood chips were added and two new picnic tables. In addition signs were added to show the location on a map at the site. Signs were also added on the trail to show the location of the site.
