A Red Cross memorial blood drive in honor of Dan McCabe is scheduled for Wednesday, November 21, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Wellesley Hills Congregational Church, located on 207 Washington St. The event is co-sponsored by the Hills Church Youth Fellowship and Boy Scout Troop 182.
As a 17 year-old, Dan McCabe gave blood three times. He also encouraged his friends to donate blood to the Red Cross. His family, friends, and fellow travelers are honoring his memory through this blood drive.
