Walpole Country Club Plays for P.I.N.K.

Walpole Country Club held its 3rd annual Play for P.I.N.K. (PFP) golf tournament this past July to fuel the research for the fight against Breast Cancer. 124 players took the field and many more joined the after golf festivities and silent auction. Through our committee efforts, member donations and town sponsors, over $20,000 was raised.

Play for P.I.N.K. (Prevention, Immediate Diagnosis, New Technology and Knowledge) is a grassroots organization that uses lifestyle and sporting events to raise funds for breast cancer research. As PFP’s sole beneficiary, the
Breast Cancer Research Foundation
(BCRF) receives 100 percent of all funds raised.

Every year, an estimated 30,000 devoted women, men, children and families organize Play for P.I.N.K. fundraisers in 28 states across the country. To date, Play for P.I.N.K. has raised more than $48 million for lifesaving research through BCRF.
