The Walpole RoboRebels, who ranked 13th at the District Championship and came in 18th of 195 teams overall in the region, are on to the FIRST Robotics World Championship in St. Louis.
The RoboRebels also won the prestigious Industrial Design Award, showing that their robot “demonstrated sound technology development from start to finish” with their “efficiently designed machine.”
A core group of students and mentors will travel to St. Louis to participate in the event held at the Edward Jones Dome. The event is streamed live April 27-30 at https://www.thebluealliance.com.
