Yablonski, meanwhile, was named All-Scholastic for her efforts in the pool. The sophomore TVL MVP won both the 50 freestyle and 100 backstroke at the Division II All-State meet and tied the meet record (23.63) in the 50-freestyle at the South Sectional meet.
As for Scirica, the Wellesley freshman made her presence known by winning the individual state Nordic skiing title to go along with an undefeated season in MassBay Ski East races. Scirica took part in junior nationals where she placed second in the sprint and third in the 5K.
Matejka finished fourth individually in MassBay East to go along with a seventh-place individual finish at states where he helped Wellesley take home third as a team. Matejka will captain the Raiders next season as a senior.
