Needham sent two individual athletes and one relay team to National Track and Field Indoor meets this past weekend.
Senior captain Kyler McNatt earned All American Honors by placing 5th and running a 25 second PR of 14:45.04 in the Boys Championship 5K. He competed at the New Balance Indoor National Meet on March 12 at the Armory Track in Manhattan.
The Boys 4x200m relay team of seniors Andrew Daly, Billy Mahoney and Josh Herrera and sophomore Danny Jordan ran a PR of 1:33.85 and placed 15th in the Emerging Elite field at the Nike Indoor Nationals on Staten Island on March 13.
Freshman Taylor Partridge ran 1:09.83 in the freshman 400m at the Nike National Meet on March 12.
The teams are looking forward to the outdoor track and field season, which begins on March 21.
