The arts and business communities of Needham will join forces later this month for Needham Artists Flourish, a fundraiser for the Needham Council for Arts and Culture.
The event, which is being co-sponsored by the Needham Community Council, will take place over a two-week period, from March 14-28.
More than a dozen local artists are donating their work, which will be on display and for sale at numerous local businesses.
The theme given to the artists for this project is “Inspired-By-Spring.”
Artists donating their work include Hilary Hanson Bruel, Corinne Rhode, Wendy Legal, Derrick Sanderson, Toni Carbone, Donna Demaria, Ilona Fried, Mary Hensley, Judith Stein, Sarah Whitlock, John Lechner, Berline Lee Chao and Heather Simmons.
Participating businesses, which will be displaying the work, include The Bookshop of Needham, Valante Farms, Needham Florist, The Closet Exchange, WOW, Sculpture Hair Studio, Shop Micki, Crosby Jewelers and Hazel’s Bakery.
