The Garden at Elm Bank, part of the Massachusetts Horticultural Society (MassHort) recently held its first Tulip Mania! The spring event takes place is held in late April and gives locals a chance to view an impressive array of spring florals on the Wellesley/Dover property.
Tulip Mania first bloomed in autumn of 2022, when the Horticulture team planted over 50,000 tulips in the beds of their Trial Garden. This area served as a focus point, with a gorgeous Hartley Victorian Greenhouse in the middle of the display.
Shades of pinks, purples, reds, yellows, and oranges all marked a colorful welcome to the spring season.
Ticket prices included five free cut tulips for guests to take home and arrange however they'd like. The photo-friendly event was an excuse for families to get together and friends to get outside. The flowers lifted everyone's spirits and a leisurely stroll through the vibrant gardens and historical Estate made the event even brighter.
Due to popularity, the shifted admission price does not still include tulips to go home. The up-close beauty was not something to be missed! Guests delighted in the viewing at Tulip Mania.
