Voting will be taking place today in the Great Hall of the Town House. In order to ensure the safety of residents, all voters are asked to wear a mask, and follow social distancing. Those entering the voting hall are asked to use the black door closest to the town clerk's office while those exiting are asked to use the black door closest to the treasurer's office. Social distancing guide lines have been placed on the side walk outside the entrance to the town clerk's office and lead into the hall.
Single file lines will be formed in the voting hall, with one person checking people in and one person checking people out. All voters will be given unused pens to fill-out their ballots. Once each person has voted, they will return the pen to a designated bin located near the checkout area so it can be disinfected.
Those voting via absentee ballot must return their completed ballots to the town clerk's office tonight by 8:00 p.m.
