The Caryl Park Playground, along with Dover's athletic fields and outdoor basketball courts, are open as of Tuesday, June 16, as a part of phase 2 of reopening.
Use of the playground is limited to Dover residents only in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Group gatherings of 10 or more people is prohibited from using the park. Visitors are asked to wear a mask, especially when social distancing isn't possible. Guests are urged to bring hand sanitizer and wash their hands while using the playground.
In addition, athletic fields and outdoor basket-ball courts have reopened as well. Dover residents are welcomed to use these facilities for passive use and drills. As of now, any contact, pick-up, or organized game play is prohibited.
