The same weekend in January that Boston tied its record for biggest single-day snowfall, Natasha Huss, a freshman at Medfield High School, made her way to NYC in strong wind and frigid air. At Carnegie Hall, she performed Prelude in C sharp Minor Ops. 3 No. 2 by Rachmaninoff on grand piano in Weill Hall. Natasha won the Crescendo Competition nationwide audition for her age group in November last year; first-place winners got to perform at Carnegie Hall.
Natasha has been playing piano at Sharon Music Academy since she was 5 years old.
