BSS holds first Color Fun Run

Blessed Sacrament School held its first ever Color Fun Run on September 21, leaving a trail of bright colors and even brighter grins in its wake.

Held at Bird Park in Walpole, the BSS Color Fun Run included a ¼ mile loop for runners to walk or run around. Along the way, over 250 runners ran to each of the three color stations and emerged at the end covered in colorful powder from head to toe.

“This was a true community-building event for our school. It is wonderful to have an event where the entire school community can come together and have fun – parents, students, and teachers,” said parent Joanne DiPietro.

“It was great to see the excitement around the Color Fun Run leading up to and at the event. Not only was this a fun event for our school, it was also an important fundraiser so that BSS can continue to provide an outstanding education for our families,” said Director of Advancement Melissa Dugas.
