On June 2, Dover-Sherborn/Weston High School boys hockey announced the hiring of Alex Marlow as its new head coach, a 2007 graduate of Weston High School. The announcement was made by the Weston High School athletics Twitter page.

Former head coach Tom Bourque decided to step down following the 2019-2020 season after leading the program the last two years since the schools merged boys hockey programs in 2018.

The Raiders finished the 2019-2020 season at 6-13-1 (2-11-0 TVL) and earned points in three of their final four contests (2-1-1).
