On Tuesday, October 6, at 6:00 p.m., the Unitarian Universalist Society of Wellesley Hills will hold a Black Lives Matter vigil. This is a 15-minute silent vigil to stand against white supremacy and for racial justice. The vigil will be held on the sidewalk in front of UU Wellesley Hills church at 309 Washington Street. All are welcome to participate in the vigil, and proper health and safety protocols will be followed to protect participants: face masks will be required, individuals will stand six feet apart and use hand sanitizer before and after the vigil.
