[ccfic caption-text format="plaintext"]

After a parade down Common Street, Santa Claus greeted smiling members of the Walpole community at his house on Saturday, November 26. Santa’s arrival in Walpole center marks the beginning of the holiday season in town, and presaged the annual tree lighting and caroling on the common, which took place later in the evening.
